Thanks! Glad someone likes sketches besides me. I tend to think even well drawn sketches and linework don't get anywhere near the attention of even fully colored stuff that's just flat out crap.

Yeah, hopefully I'll get back on track and start submitting at least a little bit of what I actually draw. I have my slumps but mostly I can be quite prolific. Just ask the guys at Dick Blick. There are times when I go in there weekly for new sketch books. As for this last year? eh Kinda rough.

I can sympathize with your case; it's been quite difficult to acquire new inspiration after leaving college, separation from creative friends being one factor. Hopefully the warmer weather will let me (and you) get out more often and "re-discover" that spark in some form.

In any case, hope your 2012 goes off well. :)

I suppose, I think at some point during this year I should start building mech models again as they where once a huge source of inspiration for me. Truth is I took a long break from designing mecha a while ago to focus on the human form in witch I severely lacked and only now I feel like I'm starting to get back into the swing of things.

Now though the struggle seems to be by the time I get home from work I feel like I'm bloody out of it and a refreshing nap turns into a deep sleep and when I get up it's time to do it all over again. Then in my days off there's always other things that need doing. But hey, no one said this would be easy.
